1.1 Account Information (Firebase Authentication)
What we collect:
- Email address and display name (when you sign in with Google or Apple)
- Anonymous user ID (for guest users)
How we collect it: Automatically collected when you sign in with Google, Apple, or use the app as a guest
Why we collect it: User authentication, service delivery, cloud data synchronization
1.2 Voice and Audio Data (Microphone Permission)
What we collect:
- Your voice recordings during language practice calls
How we process it:
- iOS: On-device speech-to-text conversion using Apple Speech Recognition
- Android: On-device speech-to-text conversion using Google Speech Recognition
- Voice audio is processed in real-time and converted to text
- Audio files are NOT stored on our servers
- Only the transcribed text is saved as conversation messages

1.3 Conversation Data (Firebase Firestore)
What we collect:
- Conversation sessions: messages, timestamps, call duration, AI-generated summaries
- For logged-in users: synced to Firebase Firestore
- For guest users: stored locally only (no cloud sync)
